Bras:
We recommend that you take her to get fitted for correct sizing and support at a local undergarment store. (ie. Victoria’s Secret, Hanes)
Make sure she gets bras that she find comfortable, whether that means underwire, no underwire, sports bras, bralettes, etc.
Don’t throw bras in the wash like you would with other clothes! If you are going to do that, buy some inexpensive laundry bags and put the bras inside, and then put them in the washing machine. You have to treat the delicately! Also, don’t put bras in the dryer, let them air dry.
